We are looking for an experienced accounts manager to join our thriving team.
In this unique role, there is no cold calling, or cold sales building, you will be focused on client relationship management and building on the already existing relationships within our established customer base.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this role will see you building on and cultivating relationships with our clients and stakeholders. Working alongside other account managers, you will manage your own client portfolio, working towards maximising the profitability of our business.
Your duties will include:
Managing a well-established client portfolio with a strong emphasis on business development and customer growth.
Provide a high level of customer service, liaising with clients and site supervisors on a daily basis
Reading and measuring plans/ drawings
Prepare and present pricing proposals right through to closing a sale
To be successful in this role you will have:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A flair for negotiation and sales
Ability to read and understand residential construction plans preferred but can be learned
The ability to thrive in a goal driven team environment; working to exceed set KPI’s
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong sales account management experience
Fantastic customer service skills
