Safety and Compliance Document Coordinator

This role is heavily administration based and will require you to structure and balance your time between developing manuals, policies and procedures, as well as meeting daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.

Core responsibilities include;

Manage multiple projects, while meeting weekly and monthly targets.
Under instruction and guidance from the OH&S Manager, develop manuals, policies and procedures
Prepare, check and deliver weekly, and monthly reports; training registers and compliance reports for all 3 Yatala, Queensland 4207 states
Process and assess all training assessments, and file in accordance with business processes
Develop safety alerts and toolbox notes
Facilitate new employee inductions
Adhoc compliance and OH&S administration tasks

Personal Attributes;

Ability to work unsupervised, and be self-motivated to achieve targets and deadlines
You need to be driven, possess a very strong work ethic, with the desire to naturally  go above and beyond to deliver
Task orientated to meet certain goals and performance standards
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task
Mechanically minded, with the ability to visual how mechanism and products work
Excellent time management skills, productive, with the ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency
Solution and outcome focussed and a willingness to be accountable for the responsibilities of the role


Proven background and experience of document and manual writing (desirable)
Demonstrated background in a heavy administration role
Computer skills; Basic Excel and Word skills
Experience with writing documents in Adobe, specifically Indesign (desirable)
Strong communications skills, written and verbal
